Aubrey Plaza

Aubrey Plaza, born on June 26, 1984, is a stand-up comedian and actor recognized for her dry sense of humor. She is the character April Ludgate on Parks and Recreation. Her web series debut was the Jeannie Tate Show in which she appeared in improv, sketch and slapstick comedy at Upright Citizens Brigade Theater Plaza. After her debut, Tate went on and was in Judd Apatow Funny People and Scott Pilgrim's Vs. World. Celebrate her birthday! Aubrey Christina Plaza born Wilmington Delaware is the child of lawyer Bernadette Plaza and financial specialist David Plaza. The father of her is Puerto Rican while her mother is Irish as well as English. Plaza went to a Catholic girls school from 2002 until 2006. She then attended she attended the Tisch School of the Arts in New York University. As an incoming senior at high school, Plaza participated in Wilmington Drama League shows and served as president of the student body. Plaza, who was still in her second year of her university career at that time, suffered the aphasia expressive condition and also paralysis. She has recovered completely. Since 2004 Plaza has been performing improv and sketch comedy in the Upright Citizens Brigade Theater in New York City. The New York location has seen Plaza been performing stand-up comedians in The Improv as well as the Laugh Factory. Plaza has appeared on television in the role of Robin Gibney in E.S.P.N.'s Mayne Street, The Jeannie Tate Show and the first episode Terrible Decisions starring Ben Schwartz. Troopers on CollegeHumor, Plaza played the role of Princess, a satirical Sci-Fi character. Plaza was first seen on the saxophone with Cassorla's Bona Fide. But she was first heard in Father John Misty's Hollywood Forever Cemetery Sings from the year 2012. In 2016, Plaza was featured on HarmonQuest on HarmonQuest as Hawaiian Coffee a gnome. She was Aaron Burr and Cat Adams as well in Drunk History. Criminal Minds. In Season 12, she returned to the show with a resounding success in the role. A year later it was confirmed that Plaza will be appearing in the comedy indie An Evening with Beverly Luff Linn.
